ECONOMIC REQUIREMENTS: Current income or assets sufficient to meet rental application criteria

A.     Current Income (Pay stubs, court decree on child support or alimony, LES, letter from CPA on company stationary stating economic standing, or letter from employer on company stationary stating employment status and pay rate) Self-employed or retired applicants must provide last 2 years of tax returns.

B.     Criteria for application approval:

1.     A satisfactory credit rating.

2.     Up to date tenant history with good standing. 

3.     Gross monthly income or assets must meet or exceed three times the monthly rent amount.

“We use a third-party pet policy service, all applicants MUST create a tenant-only, pet and/or animal profile. If you have a pet, there is an additional per pet charge which is administered by the third-party tool. If you don't have a pet or have a service animal, the profile is for free.
