Please Read Before Applying

•    Applicants will be asked to pay for an application fee of $30 (nonrefundable) after filling out the application. 


•    Guarantee – Filling out and paying for the application, and providing all the requirements is not a guarantee of getting accepted. Likewise, we cannot provide you any guarantee until we receive your application and all the other requirements. Lastly, the landlord reserves the right to choose tenants based on the applications received. Even at the event that the tenant is not approved, application fees (and any other fees paid during the application) are not refundable.


•    Time Frame – We try to process all applications as quick as possible. However, during times when there are other applications to be reviewed, we cannot linger on one application if the required information is not available. We will let the applicant know of what is missing and we will move forward to the next application in line. We will return to that application later on once it comes back up on the queue. This is to provide a fair service to the other applications in the queue. To avoid a delay in processing your application/s, make sure to provide all the necessary information requested on the application and what is listed below. Also make sure that the information you provide is correct and that all the reference that you list is active and verifiable. Processing applications may take several days. We will contact you if we need information. You will be properly notified if in case your application is declined or approved. If you are in urgent need of moving in, we would advise that you apply on other properties as well. 


•    Please make sure to read the terms and conditions stated on the application.

 

•    Requirements:

  • Fully filled out application – please answer all questions properly and truthfully. 

  • All legal aged tenants are required to fill out an application each for verification purposes.

  • Make sure that all the contact information you list works, especially for your property manager/landlord, and/or employer. 

  • 3 months’ worth of most recent pay slips. If you are self-employed, 3 months of bank statements and most recent income tax statement. 

  • Driver’s license.

  • We will pull your credit information. 

  • If you have a pet**, fill out a profile at petscreening.com (Click the link below). This includes service animals and support animals.

Approved applicants will need to pay a reservation fee, admin fee and security deposit prior to move in. The amount will be provided once the applicant is approved.
