Security Deposit need to be paid after move in inspection and before move in.  We only accept money order, cashier check or Bank Check. No cash or personal Check accepted.

Tenant security deposit would be held in our Broker Escrow account, not in a Landlord’s personal account (unless specifically noted in the lease).
